CREATION OF TIMELINE:
Schedule of hair/makeup timeslots
Photography schedule, plus confirming of shot list for must-haves and family photos
Ceremony timeline including guests seated-by time in order to ensure ceremony starts on time
Reception timeline for walk-outs, first dances, speeches, etc.
8 HOURS OF DAY-OF COORDINATION:
Orchestration of wedding ceremony
Management of wedding reception
Management of Bride/Groom send-off
POINT OF CONTACT FOR VENDORS:
Will act as the liaison between Bride/Groom and vendors on the day-of
Will provide the timeline for arrival/setup/breakdown
Within 50 miles of coordinator base location: no charge
Travel over 50 miles: additional per mile charge
If nearby accommodations are required for a night-before rehearsal, there will be an additional charge to be agreed upon at the time of contract or amended thereafter.
BRIDAL EMERGENCY KIT:
A gift from us to you for any day-of emergencies - hair ties, safety pins, Tide pens, wipes, extra tissues, etc.
UNLIMITED EMAIL/TEXT STATUS + PLANNING MEETINGS:
Maximum of one 1-hour meeting per week
For clients over 50 miles, virtual appointments will be utilized
ASSISTANCE WITH STATIONARY TASKS:
Stuffing + mailing invitations
Management of RSVPs
Complementary up to 75 invitations - additional invitations will be charged at the add-on rate.
