We hired Abby for our traditional, Montana, fall wedding. I had never considered hiring a wedding planner, but my friends had had success with other ones, and Abby was recommended by a friend. I recommend hiring her as soon as one can, so that she can help with budgeting and hiring vendors. As the wedding day approached, Abby became more involved and attentive, which was perfect. We only purchased her "Day-of Coordination" of services, but in hindsight, we definitly should have budgeted for and purchased the full services package from her, because we ended up needing Abby more than we thought! There were many times throughout the planning process that I felt extremely relieved that she was involved. The money we paid her was definitely worth it, and the BEST money we spent on our entire wedding. I can't imagine not having had her for our wedding planning. I felt we received way more than we paid for! My husband was very happy with how she took over on the wedding day, and our stress level was dramatically reduced. She is very flexible and organized in all ways. We highly reccommend her, and feel like we also made a good friend.

Ever since I was a little girl I wanted to have the 'Fairy Tale' wedding that most dream about. When the day finally came to start planning my wedding I began to realize that it was not going to be something I could do by myself. So when Chris and I were about three months to our wedding we enlisted the help of Icing On The Cake Events. When we did this, a lot of the stress was relieved and I was able to enjoy everything before, during, and after the big day. With the help, everything during the wedding ran on a timely and organized manner (even with rain). I never had to worry about the decorations, things I wanted to keep being returned to me, or even the rentals being returned on time. The decorations were a big deal to me because I wanted that 'Fairy Tale' wedding. When I got to The Woodlands at Cottonwood Canyon to see what Abby had created it was more than I could of hoped for. The decorations were so beautiful they were way better than I think I could have even pulled off. And finally, the next important thing for Chris and I was to have a memorable time. For us and everyone sharing it with us. To this day we get compliments and people telling us they really had a blast.
